Some call it skill. The Wizards prefer to call it magic. A perfectly weighted shot, a ball disappearing into the 200, an impossible recovery when the game looked completely lost — clearly none of this could be achieved by practice alone. Royal Blue robes aren’t compulsory, fortunately, but a little sorcery certainly helps. Watch them carefully: if a Wizard starts muttering something before taking their shot, we’d recommend standing well back from the table.
